Frequently Asked Questions

What engagement models you offer?

Rotas Engineering primarily works on a monthly capacity model, which typically includes an agreed number of hours per month (usually 80+ hours), providing predictable cost, flexible task prioritization, and easy integration with existing project teams.

In addition to the monthly capacity model, we also support project-based engineering delivery for defined scopes and milestones, when this approach better fits the client’s project structure.

Is your work delivered fully remotely?

All services are delivered primarily remotely, with EU time-zone, using the client’s tools, standards, and workflows.

Regular coordination and status alignment is included, typically through weekly technical check-ins or written progress updates.

On-site visits can be arranged upon request, for specific project phases.

How do you ensure quality and integration with our team?

All engineering work is delivered according to client templates, standards, and internal QA procedures. We focus on producing integration-ready output that fits seamlessly into existing project teams and documentation structures.

Do you replace in-house engineers?

Rotas Engineering act as a remote extension of your engineering team, supporting internal resources during peak workloads or critical project phases.

What industries do you have experience in?

Our experience includes oil refineries, process plants, power generation facilities, heavy industry, utilities, energy infrastructure, and pharmaceutical production facilities.

How can we start cooperation?

Cooperation typically starts with a one-month pilot engagement, after which the scope and capacity can be adjusted based on project needs. You can contact us directly to discuss your requirements.
